Design systems specialist
Built and migrated systems at enterprise scale — components, tokens, governance, and contribution models. Not just UI libraries.
ABOUT
Hello — I'm Oleksandr Myroniuk.
I design products where the real complexity sits underneath — design systems, enterprise tools, iGaming platforms, and complex UX problems where clarity and scalability matter more than surface polish. I've shipped at REWE Group across multiple enterprise products and built a multi-vertical crypto iGaming platform end-to-end. Clients hire me because design and delivery don't get lost in translation.

Built and migrated systems at enterprise scale — components, tokens, governance, and contribution models. Not just UI libraries.
Internal tools, admin systems, multi-role workflows, and products that have to survive real business rules — not just demo flows.
Online casino, sportsbook, and crypto casino UX/UI built for competitive, conversion-driven markets.
From product structure and UX clarity to handoff, implementation support, and post-launch iteration.

BACKGROUND
I've spent over a decade working across enterprise tools, iGaming, fintech, and e-commerce — consistently chosen for complex UX problems where clarity and scalability matter more than surface polish. My work shows up at scale: enterprise products at REWE Group, multi-brand design system contributions across UNIFY, and a multi-vertical crypto iGaming platform built end-to-end as the only product designer.
Alongside design, I have a software development background — Bachelor's and Master's in software engineering. That foundation shapes how I design: I understand implementation realities, component architecture, and how design decisions behave once they ship inside a real product. Clients hire me because design and delivery don't get lost in translation. I care less about surface polish and more about whether a product is clear, adopted, and maintainable two years after I leave.
SERVICES
Six engagement types, all rooted in the same approach: structured product thinking, scalable systems, and craft that survives implementation.
Building design systems from scratch — components, tokens, patterns, contribution model, Figma libraries, and governance. The product infrastructure teams need to scale without fragmenting into seven inconsistent UIs.
Moving products off legacy UI or older systems into modern, scalable foundations. Component mapping, audit, high-fidelity adaptation, gap identification, and team enablement so the migration sticks.
End-to-end UX/UI for internal tools, admin platforms, and data-heavy enterprise interfaces where clarity has to survive business rules, edge cases, and scale.
Performance-driven product design for online casino, crypto casino, and sportsbook surfaces where speed, trust, regulated flows, and measurable conversion outcomes matter.
Product design for multi-product ecosystems — user roles, permissions, states, edge cases, and structural UX that only reveals itself once the product hits real scale.
Senior-level product design support without a full-time hire — design reviews, UX architecture audits, design system strategy, component thinking, mentoring, and unblocking product work.
PROCESS
What clients actually get when they bring me in.
Discovery and alignment first. I work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand the real problem, business constraints, and success criteria before opening Figma. Most projects fail at this step. I don't.
Information architecture, flows, states, dependencies, user roles, and edge cases mapped before high-fidelity work begins. Interfaces should reflect real product complexity, not hide it poorly.
Components, patterns, and design decisions built to scale beyond the first screen. I design for the third year of the product, not the launch demo.
User testing, analytics review, and product feedback drive what ships — not assumptions or personal taste. I stay involved through handoff and implementation, so the intended experience reaches production, not just the design file.
ENGAGEMENT
Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Ideal for design system builds, redesigns, migrations, and bounded product work. Typically 2–6 months.
Monthly engagement for continuous product design or design system work. For teams that need senior design capacity without hiring full-time.
Short-form senior input — design reviews, UX architecture audits, design system strategy, and mentoring. Hourly or session-based.
Embedded work alongside your existing product and engineering team. Sprint-based or milestone-based, tailored to delivery rhythm.
Currently open to new projects.
